Drilling Chemicals
Drilling Chemicals includes polymers and surfactants that possess unique properties in meeting the requirements of the demanding conditions in today’s oilfield. These high performance additives are designed to provide water- and oil-based drilling fluids with desirable rheology, suspension, fluids loss control, cleaning, etc.
High Temperature Corrosion Inhibitor – ACKERHIB CI-300
Acid of any strength would inevitability result in detrimental reaction on steel. The amount of damage depends on the acid strength, contact time as well as the temperature conditions. As the bottom hole temperature increases, many moderate temperature acid inhibitors would not be able to effectively withstand such conditions. The efficacy of such moderate temperature acid inhibitor would fall below the desirable protection levels. As such, in this harsh and demanding oilfield conditions, ACKERHIB CI-300 is the perfect preventive solution. ACKERHIB CI-300 has excellent high temperature metal corrosion protection in all HCl and HCl-HF blends up to 204℃ and last for 24h.
Production Chemicals – Clearbreak Demulsifier

Ackerlon specialized in demulsifier for oil and gas application. Oilfield demulsifier is used to break emulsions by separating the petroleum reservoir into two phases: crude oil and water. A good separation helps to maximize crude oil value and thus, saves operating costs.
One of our top products is the Clearbreak Demulsifier which used in oilfield application for the separation of water and oil mixture. Clearbreak demulsifier is an alternative to Witbreak demulsifier.
Cementing Additives
In order to achieve the desirable cement slurry specification, cement additives can be added to modify the properties so as to reach the targeted specification. Cement additives such as retarders, spacer surfactants, dispersants, defoamers, suspension additives, thixotropic agents, expansion additives, strength enhancement additives, accelerator, free water control additives are available for your consideration.
Stimulation Additives
Stimulation is the key to ensure performance, efficiency and optimal recovery in a well. To maximize reservoir production, stimulation techniques such as hydraulic fracturing and matrix acidizing are used.
